Delete your data
tideline has no account or content-storage backend. Your library lives in the App's private local storage on your device, so you are in direct control of deleting it.
1. Disconnect and revoke connectors
Before deleting the App, open tideline and disconnect each cloud connector. For Slack, open Sources, use the menu beside each workspace, and choose Disconnect. This removes the workspace's access and refresh tokens from the iOS Keychain.
You should also revoke tideline in Slack's connected-app settings. Revocation immediately invalidates Slack's copy of the authorization even if the App is no longer installed. Repeat this for every connected workspace and for recorder services such as Pocket or Plaud.
When the final Slack workspace is disconnected, tideline removes unconfirmed Slack suggestions. Confirmed items you deliberately kept remain part of your local library until you delete those items or the App.
2. Delete individual items, if desired
Delete any confirmed Slack excerpts, commitments, notes, decisions, questions, or tasks that you do not want to retain. Disconnecting a connector does not delete items you explicitly confirmed, because those items may include edits or context you added yourself.
3. Delete the app
Touch and hold the tideline icon on your Home Screen, choose Remove App, then Delete App. This removes tideline and its on-device data from that device.
Deleting the App is not a substitute for revoking a connector. iOS Keychain items can persist across an uninstall, and the connected service controls whether an authorization remains valid. Complete step 1 first.
4. Cancel a subscription (separate from deletion)
Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. To cancel, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device, select tideline, and cancel. Purchase records are held by Apple and RevenueCat for their own legal and financial record-keeping.
